CASE STUDY 1 - Bricks and Mortar
A local specialty store wanted to start trading online, as some of their items were difficult to locate in Australia.
The issues were that their current website didn’t have a shopping cart facility and they had no IT staff to assist with integration.
Implementing the eMatters Direct product with a link off their website allowed customers to purchase multiple items, and our system collected shipping details, processed the payment and settled into their bank account within 24 hours.

CASE STUDY 2 - Distribution Company
This Distribution Company had 30 locations around Australia, many in remote and dusty locations. When they contacted us, they had 30 EFTPOS machines, with each location sending a daily MS-Excel spreadsheet back to the head office for reconciliation.
Implementing the Virtual Terminal included in the eMatters Enterprise package gave them unlimited usage of the terminal from multiple PC’s. This meant there was no use for the EFTPOS machines, or their phone line rental, saving the company $68 per month, per location – an annual saving of almost $25,000.
